When creating a new email report in Google Analytics you have the option of selecting a sending frequency of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. By default, a report will send for six months. You can change the "active for" default by selecting up-to 12 months under "Advanced options". Once the active period has expired, the report will no longer send. You can continue to receive a report by extending the end date.View and Extend Report End Date
- In Google Analytics, on the left navigation, at the very bottom, click click "Admin".
- Under the "VIEW" column, click "Scheduled Emails".
- If "End Date" is expired, in the "Actions" dropdown, select "Extend".
