Extend Report Delivery End Date

Written by: Anne Holz | IANR Media

When creating a new email report in Google Analytics you have the option of selecting a sending frequency of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly. By default, a report will send for six months. You can change the "active for" default by selecting up-to 12 months under "Advanced options". Once the active period has expired, the report will no longer send. You can continue to receive a report by extending the end date.

View and Extend Report End Date

  1. In Google Analytics, on the left navigation, at the very bottom, click click "Admin".
  2. Under the "VIEW" column, click "Scheduled Emails".
  3. If "End Date" is expired, in the "Actions" dropdown, select "Extend".
